Explore authentic regional Italian dishes in a fun, relaxing atmosphere.

New Regions to explore Authentic Italian Dishes! 

Convivio will offer regionally-themed cooking classes for 6-12 people 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on the following:

 

Saturday, 9/14 Emilia Romagna Region

Menu: Tagliatelle Ragu', and Arbazzone, (vegetable pie)

Saturday, 9/28 Campania Region

Menu: Puttanesca sauce and meatballs Napolitan-style

 

Saturday, 10/5 Lombardia Region

Menu: Mondeghili and risotto alla Milanese

Saturday, 10/12 Calabria Region

Menu: Fileja nduja and pipi i patate

​

Thursday, 10/17 Piemonte Region

Menu: Insalata russa and risotto al Barolo

​

Saturday, 10/26 Lazio Region Pasta

Menu:  Suppli’, and pasta with amatriciana sauce​

Join us for an immersive two-hour cooking class where you can learn about the region, create its classic dishes, ask questions, and get personalized attention in an intimate setting.

 

At the end of class, we'll celebrate and enjoy our creations!

 

​Cost is $99 per person, which includes two glasses of wine specifically paired with the dishes. ​

 

The bottles of wine paired with our lunch will be available for purchase at a 50% Chef Apprentice Discount!
