Explore Authentic Regional Italian Dishes! 

Convivio will offer regionally-themed cooking classes for 6-12 people on Saturdays 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 


Join us for an immersive two-hour cooking class where you can learn about the region, create its classic dishes, ask questions, and get personalized attention in an intimate setting. At the end of class, we'll celebrate and enjoy our creations!


$99 per person. ​Cost includes two glasses of wine specifically paired with the dishes. 


The bottles of wine paired with our lunch will be available for purchase at a 50% Chef Apprentice Discount!

Liguria Region Menu: Trofie pasta with pesto genovese, and farinata.

Puglia Region Menu: Orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe, and bombette.

Emilia Romagna Region Menu: Tagliatelle al ragu’, and arbazzone.

Campania Region Pasta Menu:  with puttanesca sauce, and meatball Napoletan style.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days.

Due to limited availability and high demand, no refund or credit will be offered if you cancel within 24 hours of class.​
